Rob sold us from the start with his great customer service and people skills, and real effort to design everything we wanted in our dream pool. They have this great program that brings your project to life in 3D images, and he was able to send them to us. For having a giant construction project in our backyard, they made everything as seamless as possible. They have been so busy (the entire pool industry has) but Obie was always available to answer questions and would even show up on site to make sure things were running perfectly. He was always thorough at explaining things (of course, we know nothing about pool building), and I couldn’t ask for more of an owner. Our pool came out looking like a million bucks! The craftsmanship of all of his workers is admirable. They really take pride in their work. I can’t tell you how many compliments we have gotten. We are more than happy with the quality of pool Majestic has built for us and couldn’t recommend them more to our friends and neighbors.
